Payment Terms & Conditions:
Provisional Reservations will only be confirmed once a Deposit equal to 50% of Total Amount Due is received. The balance is due 14 days before arrival except for reservations made for the period 1st December – 15th January when the balance becomes due 30 days before arrival. Until such time as the Deposit is received Last Resort Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the Provisional Reservation. The Fees Due and Payable must be paid directly into our Bank Account. Unfortunately no Cheques or Credit Cards are accepted by Last Resort Guesthouse.
Please email us proof of payment to guarantee the bookings so that we can update our records. Should no proof of payment be received by the stipulated date, the Last Resort Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel and resell the accommodation without prior notice.
Please note: All deposits must reflect in our bank account prior to arrival and a copy of guests ID/passport will be required upon check in.
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Last Resort Guesthouse will honour :
- 100% Refund of the Amount Paid if cancellation is received 30 days before date of arrival.
- Bookings cancelled 8- 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50 % cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Last Resort Guesthouse regrets that no exception can be made for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation.
The deposit will be refunded in full once inventory has been made prior to check out. Please allow sufficient time for this on day of departure. Please note that the deposit will be paid back via EFT directly into your bank account. Please provide us with the correct banking details prior to your departure from the Last Resort Guesthouse.
ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.
